1. Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges for any products once they have been purchased and delivered. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images thoroughly before placing your order.

2. Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns are accepted only for products received in a damaged condition.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

A video of the unpacking process is also required for verification.

Returns without the required photos and unpacking video may not be accepted.

3.Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
