1.Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased and delivered. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images thoroughly before placing your order.
2.Damaged or Defective Items
While we maintain a strict “no return” policy, we do care about your experience. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a resolution regarding a damaged item:
* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
3.Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
